not really, Sasuke at Valley(who has the same Databook speed as Shippuden Naruto) needed three tomoe Sharingan to keep up with one tail and lets not forget he countered Goukakyu no jutsu with a roar that depressed the whole river, he's got that demon fox Rasengan while I believe to be as powerful as Oodama Rasengan or close at least and superior speed.

yeah, maybe not as easily as I thought. But then again, part 2 kakashi needed the full sharingan to fight base naruto and sakura.
