I think he doesn't, he started to look her as his friend only at some point. Since time skip I didn't see nothing to think he is still in love.
in the other hand, he aknelowge hinata as one of the few people that since childhood supported him, started to see her a bit differently since the confesion, but I don't know if he has an eye on she.

he does, its been obvious in many parts. Hinata confessed and Naruto hasnt had the chance to acknowledge it yet...so until then its very safe to say hes still in love with Sakura. Sakura was designed by Kishi to be like a real life girl and a honest person so that confession wasnt all fake. She just left out some major details aka killing Sasuke so you dont hurt anymore.
