well against 5 tailed beasts it come downs to the situation, what state their all in and the location. I mean if Jiraiya starts of in SM with Ma & Pa and gamaken, also Orochimaru uses edo tensei and ready to use his maybe thousand other jutsu or his hydro mode, while tsunade summoned the slug also prepared to heal herself and jman and oro.

This scenario could depend on what state everyone is in.

but as of now i will give it to the beasts, still the sannin would be tough to handle i believe
