-What is Yin/yang?
This Simbol(Yin-Yang) represents the ancient Chinese understanding of how things work. The outer circle represents "everything", while the black and white shapes within the circle represent the interaction of two energies, called "yin" (black) and "yang" (white), which cause everything to happen. They are not completely black or white, just as things in life are not completely black or white, and they cannot exist without each other.
While "yin" would be dark, passive, downward, cold, contracting, and weak, "yang" would be bright, active, upward, hot, expanding, and strong. The shape of the yin and yang sections of the symbol, actually gives you a sense of the continual movement of these two energies, yin to yang and yang to yin, causing everything to happen: just as things expand and contract, and temperature changes from hot to cold.

It is used by balancing your internal energy through Solar plexus.
The concepts of Yin and Yang and the Five Agents provided the intellectual framework of much of Chinese scientific thinking especially in fields like biology and medicine The organs of the body were seen to be interrelated in the same sorts of ways as other natural phenomena, and best understood by looking for correlations and correspondences. Illness was seen as a disturbance in the balance of Yin and Yang or the Five Agents caused by emotions, heat or cold, or other influences. Therapy thus depended on accurate diagnosis of the source of the imbalance.

The white energy represents the power, skills, and energy of the light, or what is good. The black represents the exact opposite, the power, skills, and energy of the dark side, or what is not good. We call the dark side Temptation, which only has one goal, to keep you from the light.

No Idea, But I believe, If I let my Yin side dominant, I could increase my power in Earth, Fire and Lighting. And If I let Yang side dominant I could Increase my Water and Wind. ?

Yin/Yang is the balance within life, they are polar opposites or seemingly contrary forces are interconnected and interdependentgood and evil , light and dark, heaven and earth, Cold and hot Female and Male. Yin Release is connected to the spiritual energy of a being which governs the immagination and can be used to create form out of nothingness. Yang Release is connected to the physical energy of a being that governs vitality and can be used to create life. These two concepts where used by the sage of six paths where he used the Yin release to create a illusion of the tailed beasts and then by using Yang release he gave them life and created illusion into reality.

For one who wields the genes of the first hokage and uchiha can unlock the power of Izanagi. It combines the Yin release ability to create illusion and create a form as shown with the sage of six paths creating 9 bodies or vessels for the juubi chakra and by manipulating the Yang release and giving those illusionary vessels physical energy thus giving them life and causing illusion to become reality. You can also use Yin/Yang release as a way of balancing and controlling ones chakra control to further extents making one able to use little chakra for maximum efficentcy reducing any wasted chakra in their techniques.

Yin Release as governs spiritual energy and the governance of immagination allows one to create illusions that can play with an opponents mind. Illusions can vary in pontency dependant on the amount of Yin chakra applied and the amount of control one has over the Yin Release.

Yang release release allows one to control their physical energy allowing them to use their enegy with little amounts but to gain greater output with minimal waste. One who has mastery over such useage can effortlessly fight without tiring so much and allowing ones performance to be greatly enhanced and last longer. Yang release was also shown to have great physical presance and could even cause wood elemental technqiues to grow and thus applied in battle could enhance their power.

The abilities that can be granted from the use of these forms can be Illusionary techniques that can cause physical damage via such clans as the Kurama Clan though this is only theory but going on the concept of Yin release governing Illusions and that their ability to cause their illusion techniques to cause physical damage would fall under the power of applying Yang release which in the same concept to Izanagi. A technique that can only be achieved by having the genes of Wood release (which in theory would be the genes of the younger son of the sage of six paths and physical energy Yang release) and having the genes of the uchiha clan and their occular powers (in theory being the genes of the Eldest son of the sage of sixth paths and Yin Release) where one can create illusion and make it reality as for izanagi making the user survive a death killing blow and using the yang release to cause the illusion of the user surviving becoming real and therefore surviving the death. It is theorised by Yamato that Yin and Yang release may play a part in non elemental ninjutsu such as those of the Nara Clan, The Yamanaka Clan and Akimichi Clan. Shikamaru of the Nara clan when facing Tayuya of the sound four said they shared the same type of chakra leading to the possibility of being Yin-Yang release as she manipulated Illusion techniques which had some of them have physical attacks despite being a illusionary technique.

To clear your minds Yin and Yang is a chakra nature, its is the 6th nature after the 5 basic elements. But mind that while it is a nature it is not a element. It is your balancing ability. All uses of Yin/Yang involves creating and destroying balance but you absolutely do not choose between them, if at any point you decide to abandon either the other side will consume you. Same goes for the elements, Ali since you prefer fire over other. I suggest you be particularly careful when using Yin/yang.
Both of you sit down and meditate. Abandon the material world, don't think anything, don't move a inch. You can't even scratch if you feel itchy.

This will be easy I remain in the lotus position and close my eyes. Using the same concept of my sixth sense technique i clear my mind of all thought , greed, anger , fear and anything else until i reach the Mushin (no mind) and i remain in place motionless and calm breathing in tune with nature with the same still ness from meditation for Senjutsu
