i'd say Madara. who else has taken his KG so far? first to progress to ms, first to ems, first and only to rinnegan, first to control the kyuubi.

Nagato, also, displayed brilliant use of his KG. controlling the 6 paths like that is an amazing feat in itself, and the seamless use of their linked vision, plus his mastery over all elements when he was 10... if he wasn't immobile he would be unstoppable.
