But inorder for the Uchiha to possess The SO6P power at full content his/she must some how gain access to his/her "ancient Uncles" dna/body of the SO6p

With the body and power to control/possess enormous charka's like that of the juubi............Thus(allowing the !st to control all 9 tailed beast at some point in time), (Unbreakable Seals............... Proformed by the Uzumaki), (and thus explaining naruto's Charka perserve and the new seal he created that resembled the sealing jutsu used by "the SO6P himself" said kurama/9tails)(also nagato unlocking the 6 paths that madara couldnt)
so its like this originally the EMS awakes to become a rinnegan and transfering the eyes to a senju/uzumaki unlocks the SO6P ability(thus explaining how madara knew Nagato And mentioned The "brat finally grow huh?"
............... so the uchiha possess the lock but senju/uzumaki possess the key.
this makes complete sense
JUST check you history books the sage gave his Older son his eye's "Not nesssarily the rinnegan itself but something that resembles it" (a LOCKed rinnegan). and gave his younger son his body and physical strenght and also intrusted the younger son with "His Will" (giving him the key)
So a uchiha can gain rinnegan on his own.............. but to possess the power of SO6P the eye's must be givin to a descendant of the Younger son! Or gain his dna! the only reason edo madara can use some of these abilitys is because kabuto added things to his dna...........
