Hmm... Good observation. But I don't think that's it because Guy fought progressively stronger with each battle. So to say there are 3 who are as strong, to me, would indicate strength on a par with what Guy was currently displaying.

Then again I could be wrong, depends where your standpoint is!

That's true man, Itachi is pretty much skilled in all areas and Kisame has been paired with him for a while so he will know his style and abilities to some extent.
