when he fought naruto, he wasted almost all of hes chakra to destroy the leaf, and he coughed blood when he was about to use chibaku tensei, and then when he used outer path, he died due to little chakra,

Now hes Healthy, young and has chakra in this scenario, cuz he didn't actually mention Nagato sitting in chair controlling 6 bodies or him being old.

You don't know if they would of been dead. They just happened to have better numbers. Anyway That doesn't mean Naruto can't do the same things he did on pein. Nagato has the same techs they're just stronger and in one body because he's healthy and full chakra.

That doesn't mean Nagato wont turn into frog if he sucks Naruto's chakra, Nagato can't absorb frog fu, Nagato isn't immune to genjutsu so all of that still holds. Naruto can kill him using any of the ways I said.

He also would have many clones unlike last time since he had them in different parts of the battlefield

And he is fast so shinra tensei would not stop him + add to the fact that kuruna can resist shinra tensei since 6 tails kuruma also did the same

And he can use the clones simuntaneously so there is no problem speed wise beacuse BM naruto would be there with the sm clones as shown in today's manga

This! First, narutos new transformation is only 5secs long. Second, when he fought the 8 tails going on 9 (before minato stopped him) pain wasn't full on chakra and still could of captured the 8/9 tails saying "the nine tails really is something, I'm going to have to make the sphere bigger " as in he still had enough chakra to make chibaku bigger. Even with all the chakra he lost.

Chakra absorption is just the bonus to his defeat! Also summoning the gedo mazou to help ..

sage mode's frog katas work on nagato just fyi and preta path does not help there

nagato can't handle multiple clones and naruto with kuruma's power can withstand shinra tensei as seen by pain's fight

nagato would not be standing there if multple sm and KM clones attacked he would be dead but lucky for him naruto's clones were spread apart due to the war.
