What does Tobi mean by this?

) , Tobi says "If I was planning on killing them, this would be the perfect opportunity...". What does he mean by that? Like, how could Tobi kill "Them"? I'm taking "Them" means Naruto and Killer Bee. Just what jutsu/technique does Tobi have that can Kill them?​

I think it means that He can now kill naruto. Naruto is in "Full bijuu form" his seal is broken. if naruto dies, kurama no longer dies with him. So he doesn't have to spare Naruto any longer.

Ofcourse i could be wrong. who knows XD

I thought it meant that if he wanted to kill naruto and bee it would be the perfect time but since he actually doesn't want to kill them, he wants to extract their tailed beats first o-o

What I think he meant by that statement was if his initial reason to fight them was to kill he would have use that biju dama combination jutsu in the first place but he did not because him thought it was going to be easy was and now he is backed into a corner, this is about the only thing he could do is Kill all 4 because with Naruto and bee out the alliance stand no chance at winning this fight.
He can always use the ones he already has.
