Is Gaara Jounin Level?

Blaze Release feels that Gaara is only actually Jounin level as Sunagakure is the weakest village.

So let's have a vote...yes or no.

Need to change that:
1: He felt Gaara was only elected Kazekage, as the other Shinobi in Suna are not very strong and he was the strongest. Because of this though, in another village, where there are stronger shinobi he wouldn't be a Kage but rather a Jounin.
2: He feels Gaara is the weakest of all the Kage's.

I personally disagree & think that Gaara is the Commander General of the Joint Shinobi Army for a reason. I also think he's Division 4's General for a reason. I also think he's Kazekage because he is talented and certainly Kage worthy. I also feel he has shown himself to be better than at least Oonoki,Tsunade,Mei and I'm still not sure about A, but he's certainly smarter than him. I feel that put into any other village, he would be given title as Kage over 99.99% of other Jounin there.

I may be wrong BTW but do certainly feel that Gaara is entirely worthy of his place and has proven himself to be in a league of his own, even among the Kage.

I think even in another village Gaara is Kage Level. Personally if Kakashi and Gaara squared off now, Gaara could kill Kakashi.

Gaara is the only strong person there. Be honest.

Konoha has many KG clans known through out the ninja world.

Iwagakure, Dust release FTW, and oonoki body guards are OP.

But that doesnt make gaara a jounin, at another village, he is at Kage lvl in any village.

Kakashi is Kage level but not Kage because there is already a Kage. I think Gaara would make a great Kage no matter what village. He's got skills in all the required areas.
I also don't think that you get to be Kage any easier even if you're village is the weakest.
Tsunade would probably be beaten by Gaara in a fight but she's the Hokage(stronger village). IMO.

It seems that everyone disagrees with what you say anyway, so your point it pointless.

To the idea that Suna has no strong Shinobi: Kankuro just beat Edo Sasori & Deidara...who's weak again?

If gaara was a cloud ninja or a leaf ninja for example, who wouldnt be the leader of those villages
