The manga actually says that Itachi revered Shisui. That Shisui was somehow its master. So Shisui> Young Itachi> members of the Uchiha clan.
But you can't compare him to anyone else

Feats: i dare to say their base speed is equal going by the manga hype from shisui, but FTG make minato get the upperhand, genjutsu is for shisui, as the rest feat goes for minato, until we see more about shisui

skill: minato, as shown by his skill to create a ninjutsu and further developed the dead demon seal, while we barely have any information from shisui in this matters unless his genjutsu prowess

abilities: i'll gor for shisui in this matter due to KA, its simply a jutsu that pawn everything

All anyone has to do is look at my post a couple posts above which clearly shows Minato has more hype, is more intelligent, has more feats, and is more skillful than Shisui. Shisui most likely has the edge in abilities for the simple fact he has KA.

So, shisui even without knowing him apparently also has great intelligence.Thats why i put a question mark on that.

Hype on nb and possible in the manga, its minato but that merely makes up a small percentage of the deciding factor. Im more interested in finding out more about shisui than minato
