He was unrivaled at 26. If he had lived, for sure he would have develop greater jutsus and someday be outrivaled by the new generation. But this is another story.
Kishi just gave us a glimpse of his strength. Incomplete, he outmatched the greatest of his generation, the strongest now,and he wouldn't be a match for Sasuke, Pain & cie?! Come on. If you must theorize, do it right.

From what we know minato only use resangan,ftg ,toad summon and die after using Dead god reaper seal against the ninetail.Logic will tell u that there is not enough information on minato and therefore his ability can easily be counter by any strong ninja .What u think?
