in my opinion naruto should be above tobi and minato too because minato defeated tobi in the manga. but minato should be lower than naruto. also 2nd hokage should be above itachi

Yea minato did beat him but that was sixteen years ago........ naruto is very powerful but not ass powerful and edo madara rinnegan/ems/wood style, harashima wood style/Tailedbeastcontrol and tobi rinnegan/sharingan/7tailedbeast

took on the entire konoha shinobi force minus naruto with

multiple summons
jutsus from all the 6 paths
huge shinra tensei
more summoning and various jutsus against naruto
had the balls (power) to bitchslap 6 tailed kyuubi in the face, also going toe to toe with him mot of the fight
made a huge chibaku tensei after taking a beating from naruto
still had enough power to revive every single one of the villagers that he killed in his invasion.
