Ok, well begin by telling me everything you know about the Wind element

Wind is one of the five basic nature transformation it's performed by manipulating chakra to be sharp and thin as posible.The wind techniques are mostly mid to long range ofensive tecniques,and are usualy performed by generating air cirkulation.It also can be chanaled into blades to increase their cuting power.It's a prety rare nature.
Wind is strong against lightning because it is a natural electrical insulator but weak against fire because the flames are fuelled by air,also it can be used in conjuction with fire to make it more pwerfull the same goes for water.
It's the component of ice release and dust release.
A few wind jutsus:Vacuum sphere,Vacuum sword,rasenshuriken,whirlwind fist,blade of wind...

In order to mold Wind chakra, we grind our chakra finer and finer, until it is razor sharp. We do that all the time not sometimes It isn't unusual for a Wind Style technique to possess tremendous cutting power.

Also, that isn't really why Wind is strong against lightning.

And why does does it make Water jutsu stronger?

Well wind is stronger than Lightning because of the razor shapr blades of wind having the ability to cut through wind. Alot of people believe its because Wind isn't a good conductor, but that isn't really it. Electricity can actually be channeled through the air in order to ionize it. Although I am aware that Wind is a bit different than regular air.

And it makes water jutsu stronger because of the ability to make them more concussive, and gives them greater range. (Not very well explain, but I hope you get the idea of what I'm trying to say).

Now, onto understanding.

*Suddenly we are in a field with a calm breeze blowing through*

I don't know hhow to answer that the other sensei asked the same about water I replied something dumb also.

I see the slightly moving in the direction of the wind and a few leaves flying around.I feel the breeze on my face,coling me.The wind blows my hair over the left side of my face.
Thats it I realy don't know what to say.

*All of a sudden we're in a field with a roaring Tornado rolling through. It's powerful winds rip several trees out of the ground*

I yell over the wind..

"Now tell me, how does this make you feel, as opposed to that calm field!? What are you seeing? Describe the characteristics of the Wind here!"

The wind is tering everything in it's path it's strong and intense.Altough it is interesting to watch how it moves around the field in it's lust for desruction.But I'm on the field too and what if I'm in the path of the wind,what if I die.I should probably run...

Real life:
Wind is the flow of gases on a large scale. On Earth, wind consists of the bulk movement of air.Wind is caused by differences in pressure. When a difference in pressure exists, the air is accelerated from higher to lower pressure.In arid climates, the main source of erosion is wind.The general wind circulation moves small particulates such as dust across wide oceans thousands of kilometers downwind of their point of origin, which is known as deflation. Westerly winds in the mid-latitudes of the planet drive the movement of ocean currents from west to east across the world's oceans. Wind has a very important role in aiding plants and other immobile organisms in dispersal of seeds, spores, pollen, etc. Although wind is not the primary form of seed dispersal in plants, it provides dispersal for a large percentage of the biomass of land plants.
