Raiton is one of the five basic elements, it is used by increasing high frequency vibrations of a person chakra. Thats why Chidori makes that high pitched sound. The electricity used in a Raiton jutsu can leave the victim paralysed which would mean death on the next move. It can also be channeled into a sword, like sasuke, and extended from the metal conductor. When the technique is in contact with the body it moves fast but when it isnt it dosent move as fast and is harder to as more chakra is needed to focus it.

It is strong against Earth as it can easily travel through it and easily break it. It is also quite well used in combination with water tech because of it conductability.

It is weak against as it is a natural electric insulator.

A Raiton Jutsu would be Chidori

2 Raiton users would be the 3rd Raikage and Sasuke Uchiha

A kekke genkai composed of lightning chakra would be Storm release.

Great. Sit and meditate, focus on the Lightning Element, all you've just told me, you will soon feel Lightning natured chakra flowing through you.

As I sit I try to block out any distractions around me and focus on slowing my breathing and pacing myself. I then focus on thinking of everything I just said the vibrations, high frequency, and the paralysis. Then I think of the properties of lightning the speed the quick kill the beatiful light that eminates from it. Then I start to here birds, but I blocked out every distraction, this sound then gets louder and louder, then i realise that my whole body has started to shake as the sound gets louder. I then open my eyes realises that I just found my Raiton Element. The sound was heard internally

I start to gather my chakra focusing on taking it from my whole body and mind. I then fill my whole body full of it from the top of my head and to the bottom of my feet. Once I feel I have enough for at least a B rank I then start to focus on my Raiton Element. As I focus I get the same sensation again and my body starts to feel like it is lighning quick (but it isnt). I then gather my Raiton Element and infuse it with my chakra creating my Raiton chakra. I then keep gathering until I have a large amount.

I then reach into my pocket and grabs some crisps which I munch on.

I then contiue to gather my chakra so that my body cant take any more and it starts diuspering from my body I then use this dispersed chakra to surround the whole of my body. I then focus on my Raiton Element I try and get to a point where I feel lightninng coursing through my veins. I then focus and concentrate this chakra to the outskirts of my body and then infuse it with my chakra creating my Raiton Chakra. I then rapidly increase the high frequency particles to create small bolts of lightning surrounding my whole body.

First I gather my chakra, I gather it so that it fills the whole of my body until I reach a large amount. I then concentrate my chakra so that it focuses and condenses down into my left hand. I then keep concentratimg it so the chakra has condensed and filled the whole of my left hand. Once I feel I have enough, I then focus on my Raiton Element, thinking of the high frequency and the rapid vibrations. I then focus the Raiton Element into the palm of my hand and infuse it with my chakra creating my Raiton Chakra. I then concentrate even more into my plam vibtaing the frequency particles even faster. Then I slam my left hand into the ground releasing all my raiton chakra and creating a surge of lightning that runs along the ground towards you.

Then I gather my chakra again, I gather it so that it fills the whole of my body until I reach a large amount. I then concentrate my chakra so that it focuses around the lining of my whole body. Once I think I have enough chakra to gather on the outer rim of my body I then start to gather my Raiton Element. Focusing on the high frequency vibrations . In then fill the whole of my body with my Raiton chakra and then focus it on the outer rim of my body. Now if ant enemies try to attack me head on with maybe Taijtsu I can the release my Raiton charkra to create a lightning field shield that would eletricute the enemy.

Then I could use the rest of my Raiton Chakra to make the electric shield explode when the enemy becomes in contact with it causing paralysis and then a high amount of damage.
