Originally Dragonball (DBZ as we know it) was meant to end orginally after the Freeza saga. The fans wanted more so he made the Cell Saga and then the Buu Saga

vegeta said a saiyans hair doesnt undergo any major changes. but theres no reason why it wouldnt get shorter. nappa went bald did he not?
