Naruto can't fuse with Kurama yet.
Both of them are in full health and have full chakra.

i give this one to minato because he is much smarter than naruto, at first i was going to say draw because there are times where naruto shows signs of clutch intelligence, but this battle wouldn't be one of them.

honestly i disagree, i think if the battle went on too long naruto would win because of his stamina and thats usually when he comes in with that clutch intelligence i mentioned earlier. But this battle would end very quickly with minato being the victor. Think about it, 2 extremely fast people, one with much more experience with the use of his speed (minato) and naruto hasnt learned how to control his speed to the fullest yet (as seen in the manga chapter when kisame tries to escape) and not to mention minato is a lot smarter than naruto.

I agree, if Minato wants to win he has to end it quickly. Once Naruto gets going there's no stoppin' that little bastard.
