Basic Information:
Kenpachi is a muscular Shinobi with a wild and aggressive appearance that fits his personality. He has a long face with pronounced cheekbones and pronounced hairless eyebrow ridges. He has green eyes, with long and stringy black hair. A noticeable trait in his appearance is his long thin scar running down the left side of his face.
He is also one of the tallest Shinobi, towering at 202 centimeters (approximately 6 feet 6 inches).
He styles his hair into stiff strands during his baths and attaches small bells at its tips and wears a special eyepatch on his right eye, only to make his fights more difficult. During his first appearance the eyepatch is more elegant having a gold-like lining and a chain as one of the straps. It later becomes a normal black eyepatch with normal straps.
He also wears a white uniform:
Personality:
Although he's known to be a violent fighter, Kenpachi's actions tend to be for the best. He has a very poor sense of direction. Kenpachi lives for battle and enjoys a good fight more than anything. He even holds back in an effort to make any fight last longer. He also claims that injury and death are nothing but the price one pays for a good fight.
Despite his tendency to be brutal, Kenpachi usually stops a fight if his opponent is too injured to fight back, claiming that he isn't interested in fighting "weaklings who can't fight anymore; nor is he obligated to deal a death blow to anyone who isn't capable of fighting any longer". However, he will unhesitatingly kill his opponent if they refuse to end their fight.
Kenpachi's unique hairstyle is partly due to the result of his habit to take a bath everyday before going to sleep, which is a necessity to him due to his strong perspiration. During these baths, he usually washes his hair with soap, making it stiff. He enjoys doing so because it's easy for him to set his hair to his preferred style.
Kenpachi is once shown attaching the bells to his hair, which apparently takes a while to accomplish. The highest bell in particular takes him several hours to attach, as the tip of his hair is just beyond his reach.

History:
Zaraki Kenpachi was born in the Hidden Leaf village. Hes Parents died when Zaraki was just 3 years old, hes relative took care of him and teached him how to work as a miner. Zaraki enjoyed hes life as a miner... he spent years working in the mines outside the hidden leaf village... but one day... he felt that something was missing..
Years after working as a miner, hes body has endured pain and mobilty. He started to train personally heavy weights aswell in order to become stronger.
After a rare accident, Zaraki and hes fellow mining members were attacked by a group of ninjas from the hidden wolf village. Zaraki and the other miners tried to fight them back... but many miners ended up dying... and Zaraki ended up losing one eye.
Almost every miner got slaughterd... but then.. a Leaf Jounin with the named Usui Takumi arrived and defeated the other ninjas.
Zaraki saw the ninjas power... and felt envy...
he therefore decided to become a ninja aswell.
Ninja Academy Arc:
As a 30 years old man... Zaraki joined the Ninja Academy for adults who wants to become a Ninja.
Zaraki wasen't the real ''genius'' type, but the others feared him, he was the biggest man people have ever seen and hes strength was equal a giant Bear.
Zaraki found two other friends named Koro and Moro... they were twin brothers... The three of them hanged alot in the academy and shared there special moments and later on... as the three of them graduated.
Genin Arc: Zaraki, Koro and Moro ended up being in the same team, with the seventeen years old Jounin Usui Takumi, Zaraki had a alot of respect of him because he saved Zaraki's life.
The Team went on Several D-Rank mission and ended up doing same basic mission all the time.
As Adults, Zaraki asked the Kage for a harder mission.
They were given a B Rank Mission to destroy a ninja camp.
The team fought them but it ended up bad... Zaraki and Usui were the only once who survived.
By losing hes comrades, Zaraki decided to become so powerful, that every ninja shall fear hes name... Zaraki Kenpachi!
