Suiton: One of the five basic elements, it allows the user to be able to control pre-exsisting water freely and be able to create their own water source from using their chakra. As well as changing the water it looks and its overall shape it can also change state meaning it can be turned into a gas by using the water molecules in the air. For example the Hidden Mist Technique. It can also be made into more dense like a water shield.

Its strong against Fire Jutsu's and it cool it and absorbs the oxygen from the fire meaning it has no source to gain power from thus exstinguishing it.

Its weakness is Earth as it is easy to escape from water tech's as you can lift yourself off the ground. But the main reason is that earth tech can mainly absorb the water like when it rains and makes the soil damp but most of it is absorbed.

A water jutsu would be Water Release: Water Gun

2 water type users would be Kisame and suigetsu

Stand on the water by focusing chakra to your feet.

I then stand at the side of the water where I begin to gather my chakra. I let my chakra fill my body and then focus it down into the soles of my feet. As I take my first step onto the water I contiuously keep streamimg chakra into the soles of my feet. As I take my second step I be wary for any change in the amount of chakra I need to emit just incase of ripples. I continue to walk on the water for around 15 minutes until I feel that I am stable enough to do it while concentrating on other things.

I then stand at the side of the water where I begin to gather my chakra. I let my chakra fill my body and then focus it down into the soles of my feet. As I take my first step onto the water I contiuously keep streamimg chakra into the soles of my feet. As I take my second step I be wary for any change in the amount of chakra I need to emit just incase of ripples. As I keep focusing on the properties and state of water my skin on my hands and arms begin to become moist and then a begin to get droplets come of my arms. First I gather my Chakra and keep gathering it and focusing it around my chakra network in my body. I then gather it until I have enough and my body cant sustain any more. Once I feel I have enough I then focus on gathering my suiton element. I concentrate on the properties, its liquid form and its ever changing shape. I then focus my Suiton Element and infuse it with my chakra creating my Suiton Chakra. I concentrate and release my suiton chakra from my body into the water below I then use this chakra to shape and mould a perfect Sheild able to deflect certain rank fire jutsu's with relative ease.

I then use more of my Suiton Chakra and disperse it into the atmosphere around me dispers it into a wide radius around most of the surrounding area. With my chakra dispersing into the atmosphere I use it to fuse with the liquid particles in the air expanding them also I focus on making the Suiton Chakra turn into more liquid particles. This then causes the liquid particles and the newly created particles to hang in the air creatin a ver think and dense mist. By putting more chakra into the particles it then makes the mist more dense.

Then I use the remaining Suiton Chakra to control the water from the source below me. While concentrating hard and focus I then make the water rise to my hands. As I do this I have a clear imagine of a Katana in my head. As I think of this imagine I contol and manipulate the Water into a perfect replic of the katana in my hand (though still looking like water). I then use the very last bit of my Suiton Chakra to sustain the sword and make it more dense and powerful so that I could cut a foe easily.

This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

First I gather my Chakra and keep gathering it and focusing it around my chakra network in my body. I then gather it until I have enough and my body cant sustain any more. Once I feel I have enough I then focus on gathering my suiton element. I concentrate on the properties, its liquid form and its ever changing shape. I also focus on the shape of a shark its long fin its multiple teeth and its destructive ripping power. I then focus my Suiton Element and infuse it with my chakra creating my Suiton Chakra. I then focus my Suiton Chakra itno both of my hands. I then crounch and put both hands on the surface of the water. As it does this I disperse my Suiton chakra into it. As it dispers into the water I use the vast amount of water to create a replic water shark which first appears underwater but then leaps out collides into a nearby tree near the lake. At this piont I am constantly fueling the sharks movement with my chakra.

I am not a hyuga so I cant do this one

Then I use the remaining Suiton Chakra to control the water from the source below me. While concentrating hard and focus I then make the water rise to my hands. As I do this I have a clear imagine of a whip in my head. I then perform the necassary hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox. As I think of this imagine I contol and manipulate the Water into a long whip in my hand. I then use the very last bit of my Suiton Chakra to sustain the whip and make it more dense and powerful so that it could easily dmage someone or hold them in place.

Before I release it I use some more of my standard chakra and focus it down into my feet reinforcing the chakra that is already there so it can sustain the Sticky liquid and make sure I am able to counter it. I then release the now infused sticky liquid from my mouth. I release it so it covers the area. Due to the concentration it covers the survace of the lake closest to the land and most of the land as well rendering anyone standing in it unable to move.

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
