Rinnegan Question

I was just wondering in theory can someone who possesses it, possibly use all the doujutsu. Also being that they are capable of using all elements can they use other KKG as well. My question arises cause if I remember it was stated that the sharingan was a mutation from the byakugan. This being said if someone were to have the rinnegan with enough training could they use them all?

Too much specualtions on the rinnegan to know the true extent of it's abilities but where did that came from?

Nowhere specific just wondering, because now we learned if you train hard enough with the sharingan you can acquire rinnengan. However it was stated earlier that the sharingan is a mutation from the byakugan. This just made me wonder if someone who inheriently had rinnengan could awaken the others, as well. As for the other KKG in order to use them you need an affinity for certain elements, being that rinnengan allows users to access all 5 can they train to properly mix them and use other KKg

you would be pretty badass if you could XD but the only problem is how long it would take to learn them all
