I had the same question not a day ago. Rasenshuriken is wind and Kirin is lightning. But the size of the Kirin is tremendous. I think they might cancel out

In narutoverse, lightning bolts can be cut (raikiri). RS is probably the most powerful cutting jutsu we've seen. I'd say the RS cuts right through kirin.

• First off you can throw a Rasen-Shuriken.
• Kakashi with his MS clearly said that the Rasen-Shuriken was doing damage faster than he could see it.
• Rasen-Shuriken does damage at a molecular level, doing damage to your chakra lines as well.
• Yes, wind does beat Lightning.

Kirin isn't even chakra, it's actual lightning. It will overpower Rasenshuriken, you call him a fanboy, you're a troll.
