Who will Kabuto summon vs. Itachi ??

Obviously, they are going to fight.

I have a feeling that Kabuto will summon an Edo in a battle with Itachi. I'm sure many of you guys would've had the same feeling.

The question is, who do you think it would be??
Would it be someone very important enough to affect Itachi psychologically like his father, Fugaku or his best friend, Shisui? Or someone with lower importance like his boss, Danzo, or even Torune (who also works in the ANBU) to prolong the battle? Or even Kisame, his former Akatsuki partner?

there may not be a right answer but there is a deffinately a wrong one for example he cannot revive shisui because he does not have his dna like he had said previously in the manga also unless he took dna from kisame while he was alive he does not have his dan because im guessing during the fight with tschuikage he didnt just dissapear to go look for kisames dead body on the turtle island and finally there is no dna of danzo left as he tried to use the reverse tetragram seal and take tobi and sasuke down with him ( not sure about the name of the seal. and also he already edo tenseid torune. but except for that which leaves just fugaku left, he is a possibillity.

I think it would be pretty epic if he summond Shisui to fight against Itachi

Tobi brought Danzo's body to his hideout where he cursed Danzo for destroying Shisui's eye. Danzo's body is full of DNA so he is a possibility.. There's no trace of Shisui's arm, and Shisui's destroyed eye might not be enough, but u know how Kishi can be.. coming up with plot no jutsu or something.. like the crushed part of the eye should have some DNA in it. Only question is, is it enough to bring Shisui back?

yeah, a possibility.. but tactically, I think Kabuto would be more likely to use Obito against Kakashi. that is if obito pose any threat as an edo genin. >.<

i dont think he cares he has madara he doesnt care about itachi

while he had madara and many other Edos at his disposal, as the calm and collected person he is, he was quite pissed when Pain was sealed by Itachi. I m sure Kabuto views him as a threat.

Plus, Orochimaru had this beef with Itachi, I'm sure Orochimaru's apprentice would like to have quite a battle with Itachi.

Yup, he is controlling the war with many Edos while sitting behind a bush. He might need an Edo to control Itachi if he wanna continue sitting behind that bush.

he might, unless he has some special tech. that wouldnt require much movement and eh owns Itachi where he stands. If Kabuto can pull off controlling Edo and pwning Itachi on his own (that's if he can), he'll deserve the 1# spot of the series.

I agree with you on this one! He also said he had another trick up his sleeve that Tobi doesn't know about. I'm intrigued with curiosity with what jutsu he has up his sleeve.

Kabuto has "that jutsu" which supposedly makes him invincible or so he says. It'll be interesting how it turns out. Can Itachi regenerate like the rest of Edo summons now that he is in control?
