Is tobi an uchiha?

Is it possible that he is not an uchiha becasue whenever you see his eyes the sharigan is there like he cant disactivate it (like kakashi's) . he has both uchiha and senju dna yet he had to retreive nagatos rennigan he couldnt awaken it himself.

Maybe he thought implanting the sharingan and Hashiramas dna in him would give him the ability to awaken the rennigan like madara and nagato did but found out that you need to be born with one of either uchiha or senju dna you cant implant both to awaken the rennigan.

anyway just a theory i am throwing out there, Thoughts?

Tobi didnt awaken Rinnegan. He took it from Nagato. And Nagatos Rinnegan was from Madara i think.

And yeah i though about this inplanted sharingan thing too as i never saw him without it

i have been reading threads for a while but just became a member but all the tobi threads i have read are about him being madaras brother or obito i didnt realise this theroy was out there yet.

but i guess you are right we just need to wait and see.

I believe that Tobi is not an Uchiha, for the very same reason that you stated.The only other possibilty is that he is a Senju(He can use Izanagi, and that requires Senju DNA).Most probably Madara cloned Hashirama's body with Zetsu's help, and put his own mind and intelligence in it.Maybe Madara thought that he could become like so6p, if he combined both the clans in one being.

One more thing, the one who implanted Hashirama's DNA into himself was Madara, not Tobi.

I know madara did but i assume tobi did aswell which is why he could use Izanagi like danzo. danzo was not born with senju or uchiha dna but had them both implanted into him.

who ever he is if you look back at chapter 560 Madara and tobi a long time ago must of come up with a plan but tobi seems to be working his own plan.
