I think Hinata is better for Naruto love-wise. But in battle and all other aspects Sakura>Hinata. Hinata is weak due to her lack of confidence.

I suggest you to read manga more carefully. That guy wasnt telling her everything, if you didnt notice. He told her about Hinatas attempt only after Naruto gone berserk. She didnt know, and even if she did as Konoha med-nin she couldnt leave Tsunade who has just fallen into coma. Besides, you know why Hinata is still breathing? Becuase Sakura healed her afterwards. Hinata fanboys and fangirls should be thankfull for that.

And if you think that Sakura lacks courage, I suggest you to re-read whole manga, becuase what you said is complete bullshit. Battle with Sasori, or her attmept to help Naruto when he activated 4th tail - only two examples, there are more.

im not giving her too little credit, she has done some feats, but nothing extremely great (YES that includes sasori fight... She did very well in that fight but that was mostly chiyo, AND sasori killed himself in the end to boot... )

nothing in manga stated that she was the only medical ninja around AND, NOTHING in manga OR anime showed sakura healing tsunade...

Aside her and Tsunade there was only Hyuuga guy and Gamakichi. I doubt either one of them was trained in med ninjutsu.

NOTHING in manga OR anime showed sakura healing tsunade...

She still had to watch by her side. Chakra depletion can kill, and Tsunade was so drained that she has fallen into coma for week or two weeks. Her state was very bad, Sakura couldnt ignore that.
