only half of the nine tails is sealed in naruto rite? i think tobi will succeed in gathering all tailed beasts but naruto will survive the extraction like kushina, he will try n make the ten tails but wnt b able 2 cause the other half will still b sealed in a dead minato wo cant b revived for the extraction of the other half bc he is sealed inside shinegami n cant b brought back, then naruto will get up n defeat him, thats wut i think will happen at least, wut do u think???

umm im pretty sure they say only half of kuramas chakra was sealed inside of him, the yin half i believe, n if wut u say is true then tell me wut minato has sealed inside of him??? huh??? dnt worry il wait...

I don't exactly know what happened with Tobi's plan, but it was around the 530 - 540 stage of the manga when he stole the urn containing a fraction of the nine-tails power + he had a small fraction of the eight-tails power back from when Sasuke fought Bee. Tobi was planning his mooneye plan for the following day.
I wouldn't think all the chakra would be required, just a significant amount.
It's hard to guess how many, if any, days have passed since then.

no the main reason why its not possable is because the moon only faces half the world for a limted amount of time he can't use it against the entire world at once or for more then a few hours

I once made a thread saying it wouldn't work because of people like Bee who are immune to prolonged genjutsu.

So there is absolutely no possibly way every single person will be caught in that genjutsu.

My thread also suggested that all of this was because Tobi wanted the rematch of Uchiha vs. Senju, Sasuke vs. Naruto.

He said as much when he went to talk to Naruto, he said that they were destined to fight, so he was either lying about that or his plan, and for some reason I don't think he would tell his actual plan to the kage summit you know?

Everything points against him actually wanting to complete the Moon's eye plan other than the fact that he is collecting tailed beasts, which might just be used for something else entirely.

I don't know this whole war feels fishy to me.

I don't think it was ever stated Tobi needs 100% of a Bijuu's chakra for him to reawaken the Juubi. If He did need ALL of their chakra, reviving the Juubi would've been a dead mission form the start.

Point is, Tobi doens't need 100% of Kurama's chakra to awaken the Juubi. The Juubi would probably be an incomplete one, but revived nonetheless.. .IF he were to manage to revive it.

He had two different types of chakara if I'm not mistaken. Yin and Yang, only the Yang part was sealed within Naruto. The Yin was sealed within the Demon God. He can't regenerate it because it has been sealed off.

i wish you could go up a level just off the strength of your naruto knowledge i would definately be a kage & i challegen anyone to beat me besides kishi kishi made sure to point out quite a few times that over time a beings chakra replenishes so kurama has his chakra
