I really hope soon, I wanna see how Naruto's stats compare to everyone else's now, but are the Databooks purely based on base, so Kyuubi mode and Sage mode wouldn't be taken into account?

it seems so. Seeing as Jiraiya(a sage) doesnt hhave 5 in speed and 5 in strength.
