If you count that filler as cannon, then probably stronger than one of them 1 vs 1.
If you just consider just the cannon manga, no, naruto can use a bigger rasengan and can hold it with just one hand, and has far more chakra. Sasuke is that naruto's equal at least.

Konohamru is going to be a jutsu genius, like the 3rd
He will be able to master Jutsu at an accelerated rate, similar to Sasuke only Kono doesn't have Sharingan..
The fact that he can master jutsu so fast without rigged eyes or any KG/BL is proof he will be stronk in future..
His grandfather was called God of Shinobi because of the vast amount of jutsu he knew, Konohamru will surpass that, I never liked Konohamru but fact is fact...kid has Jutsu understanding thats on par with Uchihas cept he don't have the rigged eyes

"He is probably the same age" doesn't mean he is. Why don't you people just take in to consideration this kid doesn't have some cheat code activated (Main character, sharingan, tailed beast, etc.) and is powerful as hell for his age.
Take Naruto and Sasuke's dicks out of your mouth for 2 seconds and think a little more open minded.
