We know EMS makes you regain your perfect eyesight and boost your power. But from the manga, Madara was able to block Killer A's Raiton Armor punch, which is frkin fast! So I think EMS will be able to study light speed movements or near light speed movements. Any thoughts?

Tomoe sharingan can predict movement,
EMS is just a jutsu armory.

where did you saw that Madara blocked he may have stayed still and got hit while in susano and most important it doesn't matter if you see it if you can move with the the same speed.

Well we know the Sharingan is able to predict movements. It all comes down to whether or not the user himself has the speed necessary to be able to keep up with what he sees.

It's possible that this carries on further in the EMS stage
