Sorry...was in a hurry.lol. Anyways, Gaara wins since he actually won before, curse mark and three tomoe wont make a difference as they both serve to enhance his chidori which has already been shown inadequate in defeating Gaara using the power of Shukaku.

No1: I do agree that Gaara can outdo Sasuke even now in many ways.
No2: You are correct Susanoo as a defence Gaara can and will overcome. It's attacks are very powerful and although Gaara's sand seems pretty godamn strong,I dunno how long it could hold out against Sasuke's arrows.
No3: The Susanoo arrow is the only attack Sasuke has that is any threat to Gaara really.
No4: I did however mean the Gaara and Sasuke from youth.hehe

Yeah, I think Sasuke's Chidori won't do much to Gaara now(retrieval arc),he handled Kimimaro's Ultimate and that was stronger than Chidori.
Gaara will own.
