While Going Over Some Information Via Narutopedia, I Suddenly Realized A Few Things, And I'm Quite Eager To See What Some Of Your Responses To These Questions Will Be. Oh, And For Anyone Who Aren't Up To Par In Knowledge Of The Cursed Seal, Check This Out:

1. Being Orochimaru's Right-Hand Man, And Indeed One Of His Most Powerful Subordinates, Why Wasn't Kabuto Ever Given A Cursed Seal?

Seeing As He Was Capable Of Gaining Control Of His Former Master's Remains During Their Attempt To Take Over His Mind, I'm Under The Assumption That Kabuto Would've Been More Than Capable Of Surviving The 1/10 Chance Of Recovering From Its Application Onto His Body.

2. If Orochimaru Had Been Successful In Transferring His Soul To Either Kimimaro Or Sasuke, Who Had Both Been Granted Cursed Seals, Would The Marks Themselves Have Been Removed, Since His Soul (And By Extension His Chakra) Would Be Present In The Body? Or Would He Be Able To Use His Own Curse Mark, In Both Stage 1 And Stage 2?

I've Wondered This Because Since Kabuto Has Revealed That The Cursed Seal Contains Orochimaru's Chakra, It'd Seem Out Of Place To Be Able To Use Something That Draws Its Power From Himself, Especially When Orochimaru's Soul Is Currently Inhabiting That Particular Hosts' Body, And Thus, He Is Already Using His Own Chakra.

All Comments/Opinions/Rebuttals Are Welcome.

Well as for the first one it would have been a risk for kabuto to try the curse seal because they didnt knw if he was capatable and he could have died

As for the second one id imagine it would go away because as u said its just orochimarus chakra

It's a trustworthy site, or at least one of the most trustworthy sites. Stop being a manga hipster, you snob.

Curse seal isn't really good for ones chakra network just an opinion

But oro may have not wanted to put him at risk seeing he needed a medic the best around

I think he takes the Justus and kekkei genkai of his victim. While keeping his own abilities.

1) Well, I have a feeling that it would have been harder for Kabuto to infiltrate Konoha if he had Orochimaru's trademark jutsu sealed perpetually onto his body. I also hypothesize that, after leaving his first host from Part I, he was either too weak or simply unable to use the Cursed seal again, hence why it was never seen aftterwards and why he didn't give Kabuto one later. Also, keep in mind that Kabuto must have an amazingly strong willpower to not be taken over by Orochimaru's spirit as Sasuke was, so Orochimaru may have felt he simply did not need one due to his strength.

2) I personally think he would have been able to not only use the Curse Seal, but control it better than most due to the Seal relying on his chakra. Either that, or his host body would last a shorter period of time as it drains chakra from his True Form. Or, possibly, a combination of both. Because of all the different seals we've seen, the possibilities are endless. It could even force his body to enter a rapid state of Necrosis or even spontaneously combust for all we know.

Narutopedia Is A Pretty Good Site, At Least For The Anime Version Of The Series, As I'm Not A Dedicated Reader Of The Manga - And That Link Is Obviously Fake, Since I'm Still On The Same Page, And That Is Not The Actual Description Of The Photo You're Showcasing.

Thanks For The Suggestions, They Both Seem Possible, If Not The Actual Reason Behind These Questions.

Lol. I Was Referring To The Text 'Orochimaru When He Had *** With Sasuke' - The Original Text Says 'Sasuke when he receives his Cursed Seal of Heaven from Orochimaru.'

I Must Commend You On Your Skills In Manipulation Of The Text Though, Aha.
