If theyve accepted you, then you go to User CP>Group Memberships and scroll down. There should be a "show me as..." but you gotta erase whatever you have under your name.

Konoha is over populated and theyre kage thinks the village system is dead so no way youll get accepted

Go to your profile and then click on customize profile and then click on edit details and scroll down until you see a box with a title above it saying additional bar. Click on that and scroll down to find the akatsuki bar.

You can't have both the swordsman and akatsuki bar at the same time though.
