Jiraiya vs Sasori

Lol the puppets don't have a mind of their own and Sasori would have to worry about himself trying to avoid it. I didn't say Jiraiya would win, but he has a decent chance.

Wait so you mean, jiraiya would get past his scorpion and 3rd kazekage?. That alone could cause him problems. Its be surprised if he manages to beat both without getting scratched forgetting that even a sakura and chiyo a puppet user got poisoned. Anyway lets say jiraiya does get past his scorpion form and the 3rd, if he was to use adama rasengan and aim at the sasori who is controlling his 100+ puppets, they are bound to intervene.

Wow you people are overrating jiraya soooo much...he wouldn't get past hiruku(spelling).....unlike Sakura he doesn't have a puppet master to help him and he doesn't have an antidote....jiraya loses this easily

Ma and pa can help, but their main help is that frog genjutsu and i dont think that is working. Tell me what ma and pa can do to possible fend off them all. Whilst i agree that the iron sand can be punched away, that in itself is infused with poison xd. If jiraiya was to come close range and use odama rasengan , he'd be playing to sasori's hand.

hard to tell, could sasoris attacks scratch jiraiyas skin in sm?? if not probably jman, his frog sage combos are amazing, his swamp could trap what ever puppet tried to attack him on the ground and his rasengans could finish them off. not to mention ma and pa to help thin the numbers. If Jiraiya used odama rasengan then Sasori could indeed get him with poison weapons but he'd also be open for an attack and that odama rasengan is as I said before big enough to hollow a mountain so they both would most likely die.

Also the only iron sand that was infused with poison was the iron sand world method jutsu.

And I never said Jiraiya would win. Honestly I don't know who would win.

It's stated in databook 3 that the odama rasengan is strong enough to hollow a mountain. Jiraiya also has plenty of summons he could use. Have you also forgotten Jiraiya's toad mouth trap jutsu? He could use that to restrain Sasori's movements. He also has a jutsu called needle jizo which extends his hair and can block all kinds of weapons.

You're severely underestimating Jiraiya if you think Sasori can win this easily.

Well I say jiraya with high difficulty, he may even die from the poison or bleeding after the fight.
BTW I was thinking how many frog bosses can jiraya sommun at the same time?
I have never seen him sommun more than one, and in the fight between naruto and pain the 3 boss sommuns weren't his, ma sommuned them and without the three bosses together I doubt jiraya would win but when voting I considered him being able to sommun the three of them together (excluding ma & pa).
