I would ask it about everybody who was revieved and the Akatsuki-members at once.
So if Kabuto gets rid off before he would end the jutsu.... what would be? xD I mean I know that it continues...

And another thing: those who got "sealed" now, so tied to a mummy and ... yeah, tied to a mummy, nothing else; are they now unconcious, or they are still awaken or wtf? If Kabuto cant end the summoning, then they would stay this way for ever?

The sealed edo bodies have to be protected in maximum security area as removing the seals will awaken them or somebody has to know edo tensei other than kabuto...

That is a hard thing to guess 100%,but I'd say:
For the ones that have been sealed,I guess if you somehow(if possible)
unseal them,then they will come back,BUT,I don't know about them being concious inside the
coffins!That would be a far shot!

And for Itachi who gained control,well,apparantely,no one in the alliance would attack
him,but he should eventually be sealed,
I said it before in another thread:
It would be inappropriate,and mostly funny,if everyone got old and
died,and Itachi stayed alive(immortal)!!!!

I know I didn't completely answer the question,as I said it's not easy,but Kishi will

I think not. kabuto is checking/watching the battles and doing strategies in that chess thingy. because kabuto put some tags into their heads at the start and they are doing what they were ordered in those tags. even kabuto himself couldn't change the order until he got anko

after he got orochimaru's power from anko he was able to override the tags and change the order that was given at the start.

the actual reason that they won't disappear even if kabuto is dead is because those tags are the "center" of the technique. kabuto can dispell the edo-tensei but I think dispelling this technique is different than dispelling a clone. edo-tensei dispelling should be more like an entirely different technique that reverses the original technique.


only itachi was able to break the technique and it's obvious he can't do it anymore

I know that about that tags, anyways, it's confusing, even having the answers XD
Still he changed the piority of the jutsu (as he didnt manage it perfectly in the beginning), so there must be some connection between him and the "centers" too, HOWEVER it can be only a translation-deal from Japanese
(Im a translator -.- I know it can cause huge mess)

That's one of the enigmas that I am interested in by this thread, however they will be still controlled by the "centers" mentioned above ---- tough, those centers cant pass forever..... can they?

yeah translation is a murder I know that as well

there is certainly a connection between the "center" and kabuto. but I think it's a fragile link. and when kabuto dies the connection will be terminated, thus making it impossible to change the last order. and so the last order will remain intact as long as it can,
