my friend and i were arguing about this. i said broly would be on par with a SS2 or SS3 since he was able to outclass two Ascended Super Saiyans, two Full-Powered Super Saiyans and a Super Namek, whos power is comparable to a Super Saiyan. if he can fight all these guys and take no damage, i think hes on par with at least a SS2

Ssj2 is ssj 1 powerlevel x2
Ssj3 is ssj2 powerlevel x3
And ssj4 is ssj3 powerlevel x4

So i dont think broly can handle goku ssj powerlvl x 2

and broly's power surpassed a Full-Powered Super Saiyan by far, who is more or less matched with Cell, but a SS2 barely beat Cell, so that is why Broly is much stronger than SS2

My memory is a little hazy when it comes to Broly. But, once Broly enters his Legendary SS state, his power will continue to steadily increase with no limit. I presume that every time he reverts to any form that isn't his LSS state he'll be rid of the power that he has ( somehow ) accumulated.

So, going by my hazy memory of how Broly's power works, it would be safe to say that he could very well exceed the power of a Super Saiyan 3. But since he's not Canon, lets just forget about him and just let the beast be.
