I truly can't imagine Sasuke as a father, he has gone too far..
He once said his dream was to kill Itachi and restore his clan, I don't think its his dream anymore. His goal has become revenge on anything and everything. Plus his father never paid attention to him much so I don't think he could become a father himself.

first one, he would've done the same if tenten was there instead of sakura

second one is the most likely, but he was already angry with orochimaru, and he saw one his friends get hurt because of him. that's why he did it, nothing special for sakura

third one means nothing. if he really cared about her he wouldn't have tried to go secretly. he would've told her then knocked her out and then head for the out. sakura said if you don't stop I'll scream, so sasuke did that and left her there
