There are retractions on some types of bios and here is my bio use it as an example because I am new too

It can be custom characters, but some like Luffy or Toshiro Hitsugaya are taken cause they don't want 1000 of them. Also, they have to be realistic and not affect the Naruto storyline, i.e., you can't say you killed Naruto, Sasuke, and everyone, and became king U_U. Continuing that, no animals, mythical creatures, and unrealistic people as bios. So no making a bio of a giant person who is 100 feet tall. You can have 2 bios at once. And a custom bio can have KG like Byakugan, or Sharingan. But you can't have 2 different KG in each bio. Or 2 KG in both bios. And you can make a Byakugan bio at 1500 posts, same for Sharingan.

It can be any person. BUT, there are some Naruto characters that are banned and some you need a certain amount of posts for.
