Ive been thinking about this lately and tbh going by what each character has shown us and their fighting style i actually believe diedora can win this with low difficulty. Anyway ill like to know what you guys think.

My decision all depends on the starting distance,if it's too close Minato has the speed to finish the match right off the bat,if the distance is something like 30-50 meters then Deidara takes it flawlessly

I think Deidara, I don't think Minato can reach him in the sky unless he throws his kunai but what will he do when he reaches him? Rasengan? Deidara's strong enough to withstand that. Gaara was beaten by Deidara, and Gaara was a Kazekage, this is a battle of Kage-level shinobis, as much as I want to root for Minato, I'm saying Deidara.

he beat gaara after he saved the whole village and gaara would have won that if the village wasn't involved. so il go with minato just coz he is to fast and smart

Minato can traverse long and high distances extremly quickly without S/T:

Which is a lot quicker than the three pages it takes deidara to make C4.

Then we have the possibility of a bloodlusted minato warping away the C4 bomb before it explodes like he did with the bijuudama.

Then there is minato summoning the toads and having ma/pa use frog song since he is bloodlusted.

Or minato might even figure out the workings of C4 due to his intelligence and observing deidara's movements in relation to the bombs explosion.

Minato most likely wins. He has a good shot at ending it before deidara even completes the technique. He has a good chance of ending it by warping the bomb away in blood-lust. And he has a good chance of figuring out the technique by observing deidara.
