Susanoo: Susanoo is the third ability granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan after awakening the abilities in both eyes.[1] It creates a gigantic, humanoid being that surrounds the user. As the strongest technique granted to those that have acquired the Mangekyō Sharingan, it is the user's guardian deity, but at the same time, it consumes the user's life.


The Statue: is able to emit dragon-like forms of energy from its mouth. When these dragons come into contact with ordinary humans, the humans' souls are ripped from their bodies, killing them. When these dragons surround a jinchūriki or a tailed beast, the tailed beast's chakra is gathered to the Statue's mouth and stored inside for future use. Nagato wanted to use these beasts to create a weapon that could destroy a country. Tobi however, wants to reassemble them into the Ten-Tails.

the Outer Path (外道, Gedō) is the ability granted to the wielder of the Rinnegan to revive the dead. This ability was used by Nagato through the King of Hell. Additionally, the Outer Path technique granted the user a shared field of vision with their Six Paths of Pain, summoned creatures and entities.

The outer path statue alone would not defeat Susanoo. The six paths of Pein together is whats needed for the Outer Path to be of any help.

It depends how much power or chakra the gedo mazo has inside of it. During the war I believe gedo mazo had the power of the tailed beasts stoping both Chouji and his father in their expansion forms nothing the ninja alliance did seemed to take it down. However when it was only connected to Nagato it may have had less energy that could be the reason it did not move around more when facing off against Hanzo his ninja and the leaf ninja. Instead it only used what seemed to be it's chakra dragon to attack and swung around it's arms.
