I am going with Neji, kakashi's MS takes prep and is not accurate. Neji has his perfect defense and is a strategist. His bakugan sees through clones, and I still believe neji hasn't shown his full potential.

It would be hard to hit Kakashi, but if he does then there goes some of Kakashi's chakra which is already not that much to start off with.

Yea, my point is kind of blurry.
Long range ninjutsu won't work, because Neji has Rotation.
MS is inaccurate.
Kakashi doesn't have enough chakra to disperse an even amount of chakra through every clone, to deceive Neji.

neji so called perfect defense can be broken by kunai spam from all direction LOL like kidoumaru did and kakashi don't need his MS at this battle since 3 tomoe sharingan is pretty much better than byakugan in a battle, don't get me wrong at the start of naruto series neji is badass and considered a genius even better than sasuke but look what happen now ? sasuke with cursed mark can kill him anyday, naruto after learning FRS can massacre neji LOL so much for the genius part

Kakashi should win this match with regular difficulty.

If you first look at the match up you'd say kakashi, but the more you think about it the more it becomes clear that neji can win this.

Kakashi wouldnt want a close combat match with neji because he'd lose. Fromw what we know raikiri wouldnt work on neji. If Kakashi was to come close in order to use raikiri, neji's rotation should take care of kakashi and raikiri.

Mid range is kakashi's best option because he'd be at a disadvantage in short range and he isnt a long range fighter.

Kakashi would win though, due to experience. What i will say is that neji imo is the most gifted ninja in naruto/sasuke's generation and if it wasnt for the plot, he'd be a strong candidate for the next hokage. Infact ill make a thread to demonstrate

IMO None of kakashi's jutsu can broke neji's rotation.

^ a simple kunai spam from all direction is enough to broke neji kaiten, seriously neji already complete his role in naruto series after naruto beat him in the chunin exam

He has to stop rotating at some point....and each time he does, he's spending chakra....Hell I 'd say let Neji spin like the top he is...finish him when can't spin no more....xd
