How does reputation exactly work when it says "You have to spread some more reputation aroung before giving it to _______ again." Is there like an ammount of time before you can give it to that person again? Or is there a certain ammount of ppl u have to give it to b4 giving it to the same person again?

Also, how come sometimes ppl get 14 rep at once and some get only 1 and others get like 25 or 50 at a time? Does it have anything to do with adding a comment?

Reputation can be boosted by your status on the forum and the amount of posts you have.
There's no limit to the amount of rep you can recieve
