Um no the tailed beast arent sealed in him their sealed back into their original jinchuuriki.... tobi need host so wat better host than the originals kabuto gave him.

notice son goku isnt sealed in tobi but his original jinchuuriki............. tobi could handed all that chakara in him body obviously. if any jinchuuriki was sealed in him he would have heard the convo between naruto and goku<-- i like this name better than son

Jinchuriki with out chakra rods:

1) they will return to kabuto's control because there ET
2) Tailed beast chakra is already in them, but kabuto cannot control the beast, just the jinchuriki.
and being that he's not on the "fake madara's" side, he'll probably try to kill tobi with them.

Kabuto doesn't have control of the Jinchuriki. They are dead and are being controlled with the rods like pain controlled dead bodies. The bijuu will roam free without restraints if naruto takes the black rods out.

um if you click the link you'll see that kabuto did revive them! and tobi implanted the the original tailedbeast/rennigan/sharingan and the chakara rods.......
if naruto removes them kabuto would gain control of them........... its briiliant if you ask me!

Kabuto is smart enough to still be around and have the upper hand on Tobi, If you think about it he is the villan that has been around the longest, he was introduced before itachi, orochimaru (of course we didn't know Kabuto was evil when oro was introduced), and tobi. I agree he could very possibly be the final battle and may turn the tables on Tobi.

He has Captain Yamato and he doesn't seem worried about Itachi coming after him at all. He always has that smirk on his face like the joke is on everyone else and this is all a game. Who knows what it will come down to with Kabuto. I can't wait.

Does anyone think there is a possiblity Kabuto will escape from the war and come back as the main villan later extending the series? That would be cool. Just a thought :3

Escape??? no...................... but i think he'll fight naruto and sasuke i mean who other than kohana does sasuke hate??? Answer: Oro.............. soo im sure the fight between kabuto vs Sasuke and Naruto will come soon. because naruto wants to protect sasuke, kabuto wants sasuke, sasuke wants to kill naruto and oro blah blah blah............. the three will battle soon enough
