Hahahah, for some reason, I read all the comments to this picture. So here's my two cents.

It's not bad that you copied another person's pictures. It's a great way to learn and improve, not to mention shape your own drawing style.
(I do it all the time. I tend to attempt to copy the image and then hope to integrate what I've learned through the picture into what I draw on my own.)

There was one person who mentioned how they got disappointed when they realized that the picture wasn't your own original. I kind of sympathize with the person because I also feel more impressed when people don't use anime references as bases. But, still, I do like to see some copied pictures when someone shades in a different manner or just freakin' tweaks it to draw it with their own style relative to the reference.

At this point, I think you're on a nice start.
Me, well, I simply adore Kakashi so I can't help, but comment on Kakashi pictures here.
Your picture is great, but that doesn't mean there isn't room for improvement. I'm not saying that it isn't nice, but if you compare it with the original piece, you may find some awkward positioning and dimensions hidden in there. Trust me, you'll at least see them one year later. (Plus I've stared at the original picture since the beginning of time. I practically know when Kakashi reference pictures are used. LOL)

I love where you're going and I hope you continue to improve... By drawing more or by simply drawing more Kakashi for my sake! Hahahah!

And when you feel confident enough, I hope to see your own original pictures of Kakashi as well!

lol since ya have seen the reference then lemme ask, who won't like to copy that picture..?? xd and kakashi is also one of my fav characters so i couldn't stop myself to copy..!!^^
