At this point I gotta say the Akatsuki, simply because of Kakuzu, Pain, Itachi, Sasori, Konan and Kisame. The rest are pretty inconsequential. We simply don't know enough about the Founding 5.

On a side note, I believe the 3rd Generation Kage would win if they were in their prime.
