Ok so most of the people on the base have agreed to the fact that Tobi is not Madara unless stated by Kishi. At the time Sasuke infiltrated Narutos mind Kyuubi stated that Sasuke has Chakra more ominous than his, chakra similar to that of Uchiha Madara. So the Kyuubi knows Uchiha Madara's chakra.
But during the attack on Konoha by the Kyuubi Tobi was controlling the Kyuubi right? Is it plausible that Tobi has somehow has somehow replicated the chakra of Uchiha Madara like Zetsu?

The Kyubbi was also controlled by Madara when he went to fight the 1st.

No, if so Naruto would've known, remember his KM mode would allow him to sense that. but it seem that even if zetsu replicates chakra, he cant do any techniques of the person he's replicated. but idk...it may be possible.

I think it's a Zetsu clone tbh.
He cut his arm of and white gooey stuff come out of his arm, Zetsu can copy the appearance and chakra of anyone he touches and thats why Tobi said he is just a shell of his former self, because he is a copy. If Zetsu cloned Madara when he had the Rinnegan, then what Tobi said about giving the Rinnegan to Nagato could be true and Tobi took the eyes of a Uchiha.

His Kyuubi mode doesn't allow him to sense who the person is Naruto didn't know madara. But still, just a theory

Yes, I've always wondered that what black Zetsu is made of, but the answer is simple. White Zetsu is made of Hashirama, so the black Zetsu is made of Madara. Remember that black Zetsu's other half hasn't been shown, so Tobi probably uses it himself.
