Sorry but no, Naruto still can't escape Itachi's amaterasu, even if he's faster it doesn't mean he can't get caught offguard. Not to mention, Naruto has no FTG so he can't defy gravity. Madara raises Naruto one inch from the ground via Deva Path and while he can't run on mid-air, Itachi uses Amaterasu and it's over.
