Neji is very talented and stuff but I think Tsunade's experience in war would be more than he could handle.

Nobody gave a true reason why Tusnade should win. Neji could close off her chakra points and use his byakuugan to counter all of her punches. And without chakra Tsunade cant heal and then Neji could just own her from there on in

Just meant with the title that she probs has a lot more jutsu or tatics that we dont know of yet, it is just MORE LIKELY at this point that she would win due to her experience and skill. But as you said no clear counter so thats understanable that neji would probably win xd

Bykugan is different from sharingan, he can see it coming but he can't predict it...

So even if she hits him and he blocks it he still goes flying, because of her strength...

Dont underestimate tsunades taijjutsu, its not like sakura (all power no skill or speed)

Tsunade has the skill in taijutsu and dodging to beat neji.. Add her superior strength and nehi a goner
