Why are you guys saying the Uchiha clan was stronger? You said you can't judge the Senju clan as being the stronger because Hashimara beat Madara and you can't judge the whole clan be one guy yet you are judging the uchiha clan by Madara,Sasuke,Shisui and Itachi's standards. Yet you seem to forget the fact that not all Uchiha member could activate their Sharingan but only a selected few. And Madara and Izuna rose to be the strongest but Izuna died and there were still Hashimara and his brother. The clan is only as stronger as it's leader, if the leader falls the group would fall.

Tsunade is blond and the 1st Hokage's granddaughter. Naruto is an Uzumaki and the Uzumaki clan are distince relatives of the Senju clan. Go to where Kushina talks to Naruto.

You seem to forget not all Uchihas got the sharingan, only a few selected could activate it. And Madara was the one that allowed the Uchiha Hashimara the more famous the Uchiha clan an him became so without him or his brother they wouldn't have the upper edge. Tobi said other clans respected and feared the Senju clan as the strongest clan when he was talking to Sasuke.

My assessment of things is that the reason the outstanding clans looked at the Uchia and the Senju as the strongest is because they were the only clans with the potential to fully control the Biju's. The Senjus seemed more adapt at that though looking at Hashirama. I am not saying the Sunju is the numero uno clan either.
We cant outlook the Uzumaki clan either. The reason they got "extinct" is I expect faul political play and war. It's like the Uchia and Senju are USA and USSR in the 60-70th cold war and Uzumaki is Europa...

No a Jinchuuriki or Sage Mode Jiraiya, Shisui can only use it once every 10 years and KA works on one person so the Toad or Tailed Beast would detect the distruption of the chakra flow (KA is genjutsu and Shisui chakra would be controling nervous system) and distupt it.

No Uchihas had the powerful chakra and spiritual energy and the Senjus had the lifeforce (stamina aka large chakra amount) and physical energy. Having powerful chakra is more of the chakra being stronger than regular chakra so you can use less amount of chakra for a jutsu that some with regular chakra requires the exact amount. Lifeforce can also be linked to chakra since if you are at 0 with chakra you can die, stated by Kakashi when teaching Sasuke Chidori.
