the sannin altough he could easily kill tsunade and that tome when orochimaru atacked itachi,itachi just placed him under a genjutsu and in a few seconds orochimaru was defeated

No! i think even if the sannins have a upper hand itachi could beat them......
Susano will act as a great offensive and defensive strategy.. that every one knows.
but while he uses that he can use amaterasu and burn all of them to ashes....
none of the sannins have special abilities... tsunade's genesis rebirth... i dont think it will work!! and leave orochimaru alone there is no kage to be resurrected.... and jiraiya even if he somehow escapes the amaterasu like sasuke did tsukuyomi would do the job for itachi!!
