Definitely mokuton. You could replenish those gatdam trees that keep disappearing on us. Gotta keep that ozone leia (layer) intact. Everybody likes dat oxygen too.

These two are the (I think there was third, my apologies) self-less answers), which I laud, plus you could probably corner the carpentry market in certain areas in little time making yourself rich as hell if you wanted. Just watch out for the polar bears...

Seriously, dust release is too awesome. It's the closest there is to being a superhero amongst the KG, KT. You could put a dent in all the money laundering on a day if you felt like it by flying away people from the Cayman islands and then blowing them up, lol.
Think of the housing renovations you could do if you had some land with the elemental releases you'd have. For example, take Doton release and Suiton, boom, you got yourself a pool just like that. Work in the Katon release, and now it's heated...lol.
For those self-less, I'm sure there are plenty of areas of the world that could benefit from their slums getting some Doton reinforcement, or war zone areas getting the same. Plus we all know clean drinking water is an issue, so make a nice drinking water supply with Suiton, boil it with Katon, and then fly away to do it with style.
Dust release can take out entire armies, so why risk soldiers...? Yes, it can take out zombies too given their popularity today...:shrug:
Finally, if an asteroid/comet comes to kill everyone, all you need to do is make it light (see Madara's Rinnegan Kinjutsu attack) and redirect it to a safe spot and save the world. If that's not too much, make it two, lol
Naturally, much of what I've described could be done with Mokuton as well since it's Douton + Suiton, but with Mokutons exclusive advantages.
