Neji=byakugan, medium and close range combat,gentle fist,good taijutsu user, fast and smart
Lee=fastest among them,2nd best taijutsu user in konoha, gates,
Kiba=best sensing abilities,relatively fast, can combine attacks with akamaru
Shino=bugs, very dangerous if underestimated, long range attacks
Shikamaru=smart, fast thinker, shadow clone tech,
Chouji=big, brute strenght, can do combos wit shika
Km naruto=u know his strenght (weakness)= km cant last 4 long,
Sai=can fly, does long range attacks,low stamina
Rules=no summoning, if ur patner dies u both lose

Yeah Naruto can literally fight every single person there and win. So this 4 way team battle is kind of nullified.

If you are asking who has the better teamwork it would undoubtedly go to Shikamaru and Chouji though because they actually fight as a team and not as individuals.

KM Naruto and Sai take the WIN
they never shown Shino lose though so id say his team would come in 2nd unless the GREAT Rock Lee puts a stop on him early in the match
